February 22, 2025 - INDEPENDENCE, MO - The Kansas City Mavericks secured their second win in as many nights, defeating the Allen Americans 2-1 in front of a sellout crowd of 5,798 at Cable Dahmer Arena for First Responder's Night. With the victory, General Manager and Head Coach Tad O'Had is now just two wins away from becoming the Mavericks' all-time winningest coach. Charlie Wright Recalled to Coachella Valley

February 22, 2025 - Independence, MO - The Kansas City Mavericks announced today that defenseman Charlie Wright has been recalled to the Coachella Valley Firebirds of the American Hockey League (AHL). This marks Wright's third call-up to the Firebirds during his rookie professional season. Wright, 21, previously appeared in nine games for Coachella Valley across his prior call-ups. Mavericks Acquire Defenseman Thomas Farrell from Indy in Trade

February 20, 2025 - Independence, MO - The Kansas City Mavericks have acquired defenseman Thomas Farrell from the Indy Fuel in exchange for goaltender Logan Neaton. Neaton, 25, appeared in one game for the Mavericks this season, posting a 2.08 goals-against average (GAA) and a .939 save percentage in a losing effort. Mavericks' Jack Lafontaine Named Warrior Hockey ECHL Goaltender of the Week

February 17, 2025 - INDEPENDENCE, MO - Kansas City Mavericks goaltender Jack LaFontaine has been named the Warrior Hockey ECHL Goaltender of the Week. LaFontaine, 27, posted a stellar 3-0-0 record last week, including a shutout performance on Saturday night against the Tulsa Oilers. Over the three-game span, LaFontaine recorded a 0.96 goals-against average and a .962 save percentage during the three games, stopping 76 of 79 shots faced.
