Tampa Bay Lightning Reassign Forward Jesse Ylonen to Syracuse Crunch

SYRACUSE, N.Y. - The Tampa Bay Lightning have reassigned forward Jesse Ylonen to the Syracuse Crunch, vice president and general manager Julien BriseBois announced today. Ylonen, 25, has appeared in 47 games with Syracuse this season, recording eight goals and 25 points with a plus-5 rating. The Espoo, Finland, native has skated in 167 career AHL contests with the Crunch and Laval Rocket, registering 42 goals and 110 points with 20 power-play tallies. Stockton Kings Acquire Jalen Thomas in Trade

Today, the Stockton Kings, the NBA G League affiliate of the Sacramento Kings, announced they have agreed to trade their own 2026 NBA G League Draft second-round pick to the Windy City Bulls in exchange for center Jalen Thomas. Thomas, 6-10, played for Georgia State University (2019-22) and Butler University (2022-24) throughout his collegiate career. Independence, MO - The Kansas City Mavericks announced today that defenseman Charlie Wright has been recalled to the Coachella Valley Firebirds of the American Hockey League (AHL). This marks Wright's third call-up to the Firebirds during his rookie professional season. Wright, 21, previously appeared in nine games for Coachella Valley across his prior call-ups.
